Thank you for supporting the I’m Glad You Stayed Project! Every purchase helps us continue our work in suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and providing free resources to individuals and communities.

Shipping Rates

United States:
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.50 for all U.S. orders, regardless of the number or type of items purchased.

International:
International orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.00.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped based on the date they are needed. We prioritize orders according to the requested delivery date to help ensure your order arrives when you need it.

If you have a specific date by which you need your order, please make sure to provide that information when placing your order.

During fundraisers, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as IGYSP is a small, volunteer-run nonprofit.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. IGYSP is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, IGYSP is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us so we can help you determine the best next step.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged packaging and items.
